RUACH — Moon, Stars, Sun

We strive to embody the essence of ruach, a Hebrew word meaning breathwind, and spirit all at once.

Who We Are

RUACH is a collective of teachers passionate about embodied spirituality as a core element of Jewish tradition and innate human wisdom. Our faculty shares a love of embodied practice as a path for inspiring deeper connection with ourselves, with ruach, and with one another.

How RUACH Works

Booking a RUACH teacher is so easy.

Why This Matters
In a time of cultural fragmentation, compounded by social isolation and institutional alienation, RUACH represents a vital pathway of belonging and connection — one that centers holistic wellbeing, accessibility, and embodied presence. Jewish tradition has distinct lineages of meditation, movement, and breath, and RUACH brings these ancestral tools to our modern moment, where they are urgently needed.

Together, we're cultivating the spaciousness and rootedness necessary to reawaken and sustain a sense of possibility for a better, more whole and peaceful world.

RUACH's mission is to inspire Jewish belonging and cross-cultural connection through breath, movement, meditation — and a dash of play. Our programs are designed to promote well-being, cultivate presence, and foster resilient hope. We hold a commitment to inclusion, celebrating the identities and stories that shape the Jewish people and all people. And we are building a scalable model of embodied spiritual education, reimagining what communal life and collective practice can look like on the way.
