WHO WE ARE
RUACH is a collective of expert teachers bringing breathwork, movement, meditation, and play into Jewish life through in-person and virtual programs. We create engaging spaces for connection, belonging, and depth.
WHY NOW
Across the Jewish world and beyond, people are seeking practices that nourish us on a holistic level. At the same time, institutions are searching for new ways to foster connection, wellness, and joy. RUACH is uniquely positioned to meet this growing demand with high-quality teaching and a model built for our moment.
