About the event
Come dance into Saturday night with live klezmer music and the joyful, grounding rhythms of Yiddish dance. This one-hour gathering welcomes both newcomers and experienced dancers to move together in a spirit of connection, play, and embodied tradition.
The evening will be led by Rachel Linsky, a Boston-based dance artist and core RUACH teacher whose work weaves Yiddish folk dance with contemporary practice, with live klezmer music by Zach Mayer, an internationally performing musician known for bringing communities together through joyful, participatory Jewish music.
No prior dance experience is needed. All types, all stripes: you're warmly welcome here.
This program takes place immediately after Shabbat and is generously sponsored by Temple Reyim.
