About the event
RUACH is delighted to co-sponsor this four-part Heart-Work Series for Elul with Jenna Zadaka of Awethentic Roots and Kohenet Elana Brody.
During the Hebrew month of Elul — the traditional season of reflection, forgiveness, and return — we'll gather for meditation, Jewish mystical wisdom, somatic practice, music, and gentle community.
Whether you're seeking healing in a relationship, greater self-compassion, or simply a meaningful way to prepare for the High Holy Days, this series offers a welcoming space for practice and renewal.
Open to people of all backgrounds. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
